A lovely 42.5cm chessboard crafted in Spain by Rechapados Ferrer from walnut and maple veneers with a billiard cloth base that doubles as the hinge.

The ebonised border on this board 'sets off' ebonised chessmen beautifully, and the 4.82cm squares allow it to accommodate slightly larger pieces than a normal 42.5cm chessboard.

Please note that these may come with either a green or black cloth base.
